At The Balanced Way, we believe that health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being. We strive to help our clients achieve this state by providing personalized coaching that addresses all aspects of their health.
We offer a variety of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, and more. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client.
Individual coaching sessions are offered in person and/or online. Group sessions, support circles and workshops are held in person unless specified. The setting is a tranquil healing space.
The lounge offers comfortable seating for individual coaching and small support groups such as the Open Heart and Soul Spark. Tea bar with sampling of local herbal teas, aromatherapy and sound healing included in each session.
You won't want to miss the opportunity to heal in this warm and inviting space for emotional and energetic healing sessions. Wellness groups such as Theta Lounge are held in this very special and comfortable space.

This discovery and discussion group focuses on growing and expanding our personal growth through heart opening discussions, guided meditations, expanded thinking exercises and holistic modalities. Come join us to connect with other heart open individuals, and have a lot of fun.
Going through a battle with breast cancer is difficult but there is a spark within you that you can light with awareness and joy– to help you heal your mind, body and spirit alongside your medical treatment plan. Join us to spark and ignite that inner joy, peace and clarity! This group meets in person every other week to share the highs and the lows of the breast cancer journey. It is a small format group that will be facilitated by a trained professional with guided and open topic discussions
In a world of noise and constant information overload, we can find ways to pause and gain more inner peace and clarity. This is a wellness group for young adults ages 16-20, aimed to share the art of being still. Each session will focus on a relevant wellness topic and an example of a mind, body and spirit modality (holistic healing practice) to teach the art of reflection and pause in the daily stresses of life, to achieve that inner peace.
