Hello, I am Pamela Martin

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I can help you better understand yourself in mind, body and spirit so that you can have more joy and more fun in your life. 

Prior to becoming a Wellness Coach, I was a power house executive at a large company for 23 years.  In that role, I had the blessed opportunity to coach and mentor hundreds of people on life balance, self-confidence, self-care,  life purpose and mindful life choices. 

In 2017 I began going back to school to learn how to Coach officially and started my practice as an Executive Coach in 2020, and defined myself as a coach who coached  leaders from a whole person perspective, helping leaders grow emotional intelligence, lead through change and become authentic in their pursuits. In 2021 I added more certifications and became a wellness coach and gained the skillset to coach people cognitively on behavior change. This past year, I added my ICF coaching accreditation, that adds another level of coaching tools to my coaching practice. 

I am an artist, potter, fashionista, designer, philosopher, and nature addict, when I am not coaching. So this year I have added so many fun workshops that help heal and bring peace through creative modalities in addition to healing modalities.

A few years ago, I faced an aggressive breast cancer, a challenge familiar in my family's history of women. Despite a healthy lifestyle, purposeful avoidance of toxins and a lifetime of work on releasing trauma and healing from a deep place of forgiveness and grace, I knew this was part of my journey toward the next level of my calling. I decided to not be afraid, and to look at this as a season of learning. I asked God, my body and the cancer... "What are you here to teach me?" 

And what I discovered in that journey took me to a new level, of wonder, awe and compassion for this world, for the journey of a human soul and a new level of awareness.

I learned how to live amongst a world of chaos, divide, and pain with eyes of hope, joy and wonder. There is a way to be on this earth and not take on the heaviness or be caught in the divide. You have a purpose here and  you can be the light for the next person. 

I am so excited to lean in full time as a Coach helping others transform and move through change with empowerment and joy. As a coach I am trained in helping you find that breakthrough that ignites you and your purpose in whatever situation you find yourself.

I can't wait to work with you to uncover that intuitive hope, joy and strength within you.
