Is This Retreat For Me?
This retreat is for women of all ages who are craving a reset.
Maybe you're feeling burned out.
Maybe life has felt busy, stressful, or overwhelming.
Maybe you're simply ready for a weekend that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit.
Or maybe you're just overdue for a girls' getaway.
Whatever brought you here, you're welcome.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.

The Open Heart retreat is a beautiful nature escape that feels kind-of like a dream camp for women with its womb-like atmosphere of nourishing homemade meals, sacred talking circles, group activities (ours had a sound bath and shibori workshop) and time spent with nature. you come on Friday afternoon knowing noone and leave Sunday morning with the deep friendships of the women who have so bravely shared their hearts and helped you to unburden yours.
The Joy Retreat was pure medicine for my soul. Pamela wove together a beautiful tapestry of experiences—from a grounding nature walk and a healing sound bath to heart-opening candle-making to a soul-stirring fire ceremony, and everything in between. She created a container of trust, softness, and deep feminine wisdom where each of us felt safe to be seen, held, and supported. I was able to rest, release, laugh, cry, and reconnect with who I am—surrounded by the most incredible women. If you’re feeling called to tune into your inner wisdom in a space of love and no judgment, this is the retreat. Forever grateful for this weekend!

Pamela is a true catalyst for profound, accelerated healing. Her work gently but powerfully, guides you in releasing old patterns, stories, and energy that no longer serve. With her support, I found myself stepping fully into clarity, intention, and a more empowered sense of purpose.
Pam brings wisdom, warmth, and deep intuitive presence to everything she does. With her, I felt safe, seen, and genuinely supported in aligning with a more joyful, focused, and connected version of myself. If you're ready to create meaningful, lasting change, I can't recommend The Balanced Way highly enough.

The retreat was exactly what I needed at just the right time. I went to the retreat not knowing what to expect, but knowing that the way I had learned to view the world around me was no longer serving me. After a weekend of thoughtful activities, deep reflection, and quiet relaxation, I left feeling validated, stronger, and much more connected than I could have imagined. The retreat should definitely be thought of as an integral part of a self-care tool kit.
